About The Position

Job Title : Pharmacy Technician Inpatient

Shift : Day

Hours per Shift : 8 hours (06 : 00 - 14 : 30) and (08 : 30 - 17 : 00)

Experience : 2 years

License : Wisconsin State License required

Certifications : BLS required

Must-Have :

• 2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting
• Ability to compound sterile and non-sterile products
• Knowledge of generic and brand names of pharmaceuticals
• Experience with high alert / risk medications
• Familiarity with inpatient / acute care pharmacy operations

Description : ASAP start required.

The assignment is for 13 weeks with a 7 on 7 off schedule.

Shifts will be from 0600 to 1430 and from 0830 to 1700.

The position may require floating between assignments.

The primary role will focus on non-sterile pharmacy technician tasks.

However, there will be a requirement to assist with sterile pharmacy technician tasks as needed.

First-time travelers are accepted.

Compliance with required vaccinations is mandatory, with exemptions for medical or religious reasons only.

Candidates must be prepared to float within the facility as required.
