Overview

Autopilot is seeking a Product Designer (Web) to join our team and shape the web application experience. You will collaborate with the Head of Product Design, engineers, and product teams in a design-forward environment that values creativity, user-centered thinking, and high-impact execution. This is a unique opportunity to refine and elevate our platform, ensuring an intuitive and seamless user experience.

Location : New York, NY (fully onsite 5 days)

Base pay range : $150,000.00 / yr - $190,000.00 / yr

Additional compensation : Annual Bonus and Stock options

Role Overview

We’re seeking a Product Designer (Web) to join our talented team and play a pivotal role in shaping our web application experience. You’ll collaborate with our Head of Product Design , engineers, and product teams in a design-forward environment that values creativity, user-centered thinking, and high-impact execution.

Responsibilities

• Create high-fidelity designs, mockups, and prototypes in Figma .
• Own and drive the end-to-end design process for our web application, from wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to craft intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling user experiences.
• Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Iterate rapidly based on feedback and data, prioritizing usability and performance.
• Design responsive layouts that adapt across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs.
