The Data Team is a key part of the decision management engine at Visa. This is a high-performing team of data scientists, data analysts, statisticians, and business analysts from all over the world. The team utilizes quantitative methodologies to analyze extensive data sets and develops sophisticated statistical models that leverage big data. Collaborating across various teams and functions, they design innovative and advanced analytical solutions and processes. Our focus lies on building creative solutions that have an immediate impact on the business of our highly analytical partners. To support our rapidly growing group, we are looking for Data Science Interns who are passionate about the opportunity to use Visa's rich data to address and deliver significant results to complex problems!
As a Data Science Intern, you will be responsible for developing Data Analytics solutions to solve business problems. The intern will take part in developing and refining our data models and solutions through a highly collaborative process. They will work with different teams and data sets, apply much of the knowledge they gained at their university, and develop professional experience.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY : The estimated hourly range for a new hire into this position is $40 / hr to $45 / hr which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
