Rental Technician

Kickstart your career in manufacturing! Staff Management is hiring a Rental Technician in Conroe, TX, temp-to-hire, $25.00-$27.50 / hour, Monday-Friday schedule from 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM.     • Job Responsibilities :

  • Prepare rental equipment to suit customer project needs
  • Inspection and quality assurance testing and reports of rental and sale equipment
  • Preventative maintenance and minor repairs to rental equipment
  • Shipping and receiving of rental and sale equipment
  • Maintaining a high level of presentation and organization in our yard, warehouse and common areas
  • Some work beyond regular hours required to attend to after-hours calls
  • Minimum 3 years as a qualified working electrician (Journeyman or equivalent)
  • Commercial and industrial electrical construction, repairs, maintenance, and commissioning to high and low voltage system
  • Able to interpret blueprints, schematic drawings, layouts, or other visual aids
  • Able to locate and correct defects in electrical systems and equipment
  • Able to lift / move heavy equipment (100+ lbs.), work at heights, and in confined spaces
  • Willingness to work outside regular hours for after-hours calls as needed

  • HS Diploma or GED

  • Must be at least 18 years old
