Courthouse Security Deputy

The Marshall County Sheriff's Office is accepting applications for part-time Courthouse Security Deputy. Courthouse Security Deputy is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all courthouse employees, officials, and visitors. This includes monitoring entrances, screening individuals, responding to disturbances, enforcing State laws, local ordinances, and courthouse policies and procedures.

This part-time position has a flexible work schedule based on the needs of the Courthouse Security Division with an hourly wage ranging from $25.00- $27.00 per hour. IPERS and vacation are earned based on hours worked.

• High School and / or College Transcripts
• Military form DD-214 (if applicable)
• ILEA Law Enforcement Officer or Reserve Officer Certification
