Description :
- Operate and monitor equipment in our polymer production facility.
- Accurately weigh and mix raw materials based on batch recipes.
- Collect product samples and conduct quality tests.
- Record production data and input information into company systems.
- Load finished products into bulk tankers, drums, and totes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Assist with equipment checks and routine maintenance prep.
- Follow all safety, environmental, and quality control guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
