Travel Physical Therapist - Inpatient & Outpatient Rehabilitation - $2,698 per week

Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Physical Therapist Discipline : Therapy Start Date : 11 / 24 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 10 hours, days Employment Type : Travel HIGHLIGHTS : Required : 1yr exp Required : BLS Required : WI State License (pending licenses accepted) Required : Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in physical therapy 1st time travelers accepted 13 weeks assignment 20HPW, Mon 08 : 00-15 : 30, Tues 08 : 00-15 : 30, and Wed 08 : 00-14 : 30 Mon-Tues 7 hrs and Wed 6 hrs Every third weekend 4 hrs every 3rd Saturday (subject to change) Candidates will float within the hospital as needed Charting System Experience : Preferred (Cerner) 2 references required - 1 must be from a supervisor If multiple holidays occur during assignment, facility will only accept 1 holiday RTO request AHA certifications are required to be completed prior to start About Premier Medical Staffing Services Premier Medical Staffing Services, LLC is a nationally expanding healthcare staffing firm for healthcare professionals and companies.
