• Deliver laser hair removal treatments according to Milan's medical protocols\n
• Guide patients with pre- and post-treatment care recommendations\n
• Document client records thoroughly and securely\n
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and safeguard all patient information\n
• Prepare treatment rooms before and after sessions, ensuring a professional environment\n
• Provide outstanding client service, building lasting patient relationships\n\nSales Growth\n
• Encourage clients to leave positive online reviews\n
• Educate patients on additional treatment areas and offer tailored recommendations\n\nOperational Support\n
• Maintain and perform routine cleaning on laser equipment\n
• Assist with client scheduling, appointment confirmations, and record management\n
• Support daily clinic functions, including answering calls and processing payments\n
• Assist with cleaning and setting up treatment rooms, and complete opening / closing duties\n\nAdditional Responsibilities\n
• Complete other assignments as directed by management\n\nQualifications\n
• Valid and active RN license (required)\n
• Passion for delivering excellent patient care (required)\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (required)\n
• Commitment to confidentiality and patient privacy (required)\n
