Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced Construction Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction staffing, a passion for relationship-building, and the ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities : Source, screen, and interview candidates for skilled trades and construction-related roles Manage job postings and candidate pipelines using Avionté (CRM / ATS) Coordinate onboarding and payroll processing through Paycom Maintain strong relationships with candidates and field employees to ensure placement success Collaborate closely with operations and sales teams to meet client staffing needs Track recruiting metrics and ensure compliance with internal and client requirements Support bilingual recruiting efforts to expand reach and inclusivity (Spanish / English preferred) Qualifications : 2+ years of recruiting experience in construction or skilled trades Familiarity with Avionté software strongly preferred Experience with Paycom or similar payroll / onboarding systems helpful Bilingual (Spanish / English) a plus Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, open-office environment What We Offer : Competitive hourly rate ($20–$25 / hr, based on experience) Dynamic, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for growth in an expanding industry A company culture that values hard work, humor, and results If you’re ready to work hard, stay sharp, and help us build the backbone of the construction industry — we want to meet you.
