Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is passionate about helping patients regain function and independence following work-related injuries. This role includes both individual and group sessions, in-person and virtual care, and supports patients with mild to moderate cognitive, emotional, and physical impairments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional restoration
  • Provide occupational therapy services for patients experiencing chronic pain and mild-to-moderate brain injuries
  • Facilitate therapy groups designed to support activities of daily living, vocational goals, and community reintegration
  • Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in a timely and compliant manner
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychologists, physical therapists, case managers, and medical providers
  • Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic goals, adaptive techniques, and tools to support functional independence
  • Use clinical judgment to modify treatment plans as needed to support patient progress and safety

Required Qualifications

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR / L) in the state of California
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for working in a collaborative, patient-centered environment
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of clinical experience
  • Prior experience with chronic pain, brain injury, or PTSD populations
  • Experience with vestibular rehabilitation
