Job Description

• Strong background in commercial or industrial construction, with preference for experience in municipal water or pool projects.
• At least ten years of proven supervisory experience demonstrating strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Solid foundation in concrete work, offering practical knowledge of materials, methods, and common challenges.
• Understanding of water vessels or readiness to receive training to build expertise in specialized project areas.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with architects, engineers, project managers, and field staff.
• Exceptional attention to detail and record-keeping skills to maintain accurate documentation and support on-time project delivery.
