SUMMARY :
The primary responsibility of a Project Coordinator will be to coordinate the workflow of a project from start to finish, executing customer service at a high level. The Project Coordinator will work closely with external customers to finalize the order and manage all projects throughout the fabrication process to ensure each project is completed in an accurate and timely matter.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with engineering & production team to ensure projects are on trackAbility to use strong problem solving and decision-making skills to solve tough problems and questionsUnderstanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer serviceHandle sales and procedures within parameters of customer contactAbility to manage multiple project schedules at a high levelRead and interpret project drawings and specificationsAccept, evaluate, audit, and enter high volume, high value orders for new and established accountsFacilitate and own the solution to any Field Service / Production related issuesMaintain excellent relationships with customersOther duties as assignedMINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 2-4 years Customer Service experienceExperience in sales, estimating, construction, or architectural design or draftingHigh Degree of professionalismExcellent time management skills with a problem solving attitudeStrong (Verbal & Written) communication skills with an ability to build relationshipsAbility to be punctual and ready to workStrong computer skills, active Microsoft office userAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentPREFERRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Associate degree in Accounting, Applied Science, Civil Engineering or related fieldAble to read architectural plans and develop cost estimatesKitchen and Bath Design industry knowledgeExperience in the stone fabrication industryMINIMUM PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to handle multiple tasks at one timeAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasionWORK ENVIRONMENT
