Eddy Memorial Geriatric Center has an opportunity for an experienced RN to take the next step developmentally in their nursing profession and help lead a team of nurses in a supportive and nurturing facility! The team is looking for a RN Supervisor to work every Saturday and Sunday from 7am-7pm!

The selected candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to :

• On behalf of the Director of Nursing, provides for the continuity of nursing services in the development, implementation and evaluation of quality nursing care to residents and families
• Will serve as the on-site administrative person for the facility and oversee staff to promote patient and staff safety
• Demonstrates the organizations commitment to sound ethical business practices as directed by the Corporate Compliance Office and approved by the Board of Trustees
• Demonstrate SPHP's Standards of Behavior and Core Values

Pay Range : $36.50 - $55.40

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
