Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Clinical Recruiter with proven experience in healthcare talent acquisition to lead high-volume and specialized recruiting initiatives. This role requires strong knowledge of the clinical labor market, advanced sourcing strategies, large network of clinicians and the ability to partner with leadership to design and execute effective recruitment programs. The Clinical Recruiter will play a pivotal role in ensuring we attract and retain top clinical talent to support organizational growth and patient care excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for a wide range of clinical roles, including specialized and hard-to-fill positions.
- Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and leadership by providing market insights, workforce planning support, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates through networking, referrals, social media, and industry events.
- Mentor and support junior recruiters or coordinators on best practices and process improvements.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and professional associations.
- Provide regular reporting on recruitment metrics, pipeline activity, and market intelligence.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, accreditation standards, and organizational policies in the hiring process.
- Promote the organization's employer brand through networking, career fairs, and industry outreach.
- Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within recruitment practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field (required).4–7 years of clinical / healthcare recruiting experience, with demonstrated success in high-volume and specialized recruiting.Experience working for a Healthcare Staffing AgencyExperience placing Clinicians with Government clients is preferredDeep understanding of healthcare workforce trends, licensure / certification requirements, and compliance standards.Proven ability to develop strategic sourcing campaigns for hard-to-fill roles.Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship management skills.Proficiency with ATS / HRIS systems and recruitment analytics.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.Preferred Skills
Experience in hospital systems, government healthcare contracts, or clinical staffing agencies.Knowledge of compensation benchmarking, workforce planning, and retention strategies.Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.What We Offer
