Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.\nImplement and monitor patient care plans.\nMonitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.\nServe as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.\nNote and carry out physician and nursing orders.\nAssess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration : \nBLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.\nRegistered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required.\nEducation : \nDiploma from an accredited school / college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
