Operations Manager Opportunity

If you enjoy guiding and encouraging others while following proven processes, this may be the role for you! You'll be excited to occasionally use your English / Spanish skills to recruit, onboard and manage a team of exceptional individuals committed to excellence in service and results with residential cleaning customers. Of course, cleaning experience will be helpful for you, but not a requirement. You'll feel good about Ecomaid's dedication to delivering exceptional cleaning while protecting your health, the health of customers, and the environment. You'll be applying your attention to detail as you manage processes and the teams, arrange their scheduling and assist in overcoming challenges. Your familiarity with basic office software like Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM software is helpful. Enjoy a consistent Monday through Friday schedule beginning at 7 : 45am, which includes office hours and some remote work.

Operations Manager Requirements :

Bilingual in Spanish and English

Self-starter, proactive, with positive can-do attitude

Skilled taskmaster who likes to implement efficiency

Roll up your sleeves leader willing to pitch in and lead by example

Experienced manager skilled at balancing customer and employee needs

Comfortable in small business looking to grow and busy environment

Creative problem solver

Social media business development experience, a plus

Written communication, database management, spreadsheet proficiency

Operations Manager Responsibilities :

Efficient effective communication with team and customers

Manage personnel : a growing team of Lead Cleaning Technicians, Cleaning Technicians, and Trainers

Grow sales through building customer referrals, increasing customer retention and optimizing scheduling

Evaluate workers' performance to ensure quality service and compliance with our exceptional standards

Determine staffing requirements, and lead recruiting efforts

Ensure successful operations through managing goals, scheduling, supply inventory, equipment

Improve upon processes for quality, profitability, growth
