Associate, Finance
The Finance Associate is an integral member of the Finance Team at Spanx. As part of a lean, high-impact team, you'll have meaningful ownership across expense management, consolidated reporting, and cross-functional financial support. You will partner with teams including Technology, Brand, Human Resources, Sales, and other business leaders to track expenses and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency. A self-starter with strong financial and accounting acumen, the Finance Associate will independently consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources to support the quarterly budgeting process and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
This role is based in our Atlanta headquarters, requires weekly in-office work Tuesday-Thursday, and reports to our Senior Manager, Finance.

- Act as a trusted thought partner to business leaders, helping drive operational and financial performance
We require
24 years of progressive finance experience (e.g., financial analyst, consultant, or coordinator)Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business disciplineStrong financial modeling skills and solid understanding of accounting principles, with advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, scenario analysis)Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple prioritiesExceptional quantitative and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detailClear, confident communication skills to present data, variance analysis, and insights to stakeholdersCuriosity and adaptability eager to learn, pivot, and take on new challenges as the business evolvesStrategic, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and drive for resultsSpanx is proud of our continued Progressive People Practices
