- Run at least 1 group per week for a month
- Support intake and orientation with clients independently by the last month of internship
- Complete assessments independently
- Create 2 individualized treatment plans with client
- Have a caseload of at least 2 clients
- Attend weekly supervision, multidisciplinary, and clinical meetings
- Professionally presentable workspace (no spills and HIPAA compliant)
- Provide individual therapy, group therapy, case management, crisis intervention that addresses the goals established per treatment plan.
- Document services provided in the appropriate clinical forms in Procentive and on paper. Documentation will be completed according to NBH policies and procedures and standards established by governing bodies.
- Document case activity notes and important information.
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans that meet the individual needs of the client. Treatment plans will be completed in accordance with NBH policies and procedures and standards established by governing bodies.
- Complete and document assessments in accordance with NBH policies and procedures and standards established by governing bodies.
- Provide court, Department of Corrections, and other referral sources with progress reports as requested.
- Discharge duties in accordance with contracts, licensure standards, and NBH policies and procedures.
- Exhibits knowledge of core competencies in relation to working with co-occurring disorders through continuing education and implementing skills into all aspects of treatment.

Be in internship / practicum course with an approved educational entityCPR Certification or attain within 30 daysMust understand and follow NBH's Drug and Alcohol PolicyMust pass a State of Minnesota Background CheckMust possess a current Minnesota Driver’s License with acceptable driving recordAbility to use Google Drive and other relevant computer skillsAdditional Skills and Experience : (Preferred or helpful)
Familiar with Medications for opioid use disorder (MOUD) ModelMotivational Interviewing ApproachCognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)Familiar with Procentive, Electronic Health Record System
