Providence Staffing is seeking a skilled and reliable Screen Printer to join a growing custom T-shirt and apparel company in Columbus, GA . The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating screen printing equipment, preparing artwork, setting up screens, and producing high-quality prints on garments with consistency and attention to detail. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a creative eye and a passion for garment printing.
Key Responsibilities :
- Set up and operate manual and / or automatic screen printing presses
- Burn screens, mix inks, and register artwork according to job specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the print area and equipment
- Monitor and adjust press settings for optimal print quality and efficiency
- Pre-treat garments when necessary and load / unload them from printing machines
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and daily goals
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain compliance with company standards
- Assist with inventory of inks, screens, and other supplies
