We are seeking a skilled CMM Operator to join our team in Duluth, MN .  The schedule would be on 2nd shift , HOURS, for a 6 month long contract.  The ideal candidate will have proficiency with Polyworks software and be proficient in utilizing Faro Arm and have extensive knowledge of GD&T for inspection tasks. Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct dimensional inspection of complex casted parts, hardware, and assemblies using precision inspection equipment such as a FARO ARM.
• Support First Article Inspection (FAI) on critical components.
• Utilize Polyworks software for accurate and reliable measurements.
• Interpret complex Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) requirements and validate commodity-specific assemblies.
• Collaborate with internal quality team and address issues related to reproducibility.
• Verify non-conformances (NCs) using hand tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and thread gauges
• Adhere to SQA / Client policies.
