What You’ll Do
Set the creative direction for AI‑powered UX across concepts, prototypes, and internal launchesBring novel concepts to life through interactions and visuals that showcase what’s possibleTranslate messy, frontier ideas into clear artifacts—storyboards, animatics, clickable demosLead visual systems for assistants / agents : interaction models, motion, states, and guidanceAdd polish and structure to demos so ideas are easier to evaluate and shareHelp shape internal understanding of how humans can and should collaborate with AI toolingImpact
Your direction will shape how thousands of Amazon engineers experience AI in their daily workflow—what it looks like, how it behaves, and how fast people adopt it.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and own the visual and interaction design strategy for AI‑native toolsCollaborate with product, science, and engineering teams to turn technical capabilities into human‑centered experiencesCreate high‑fidelity prototypes, storyboards, and animatics that make complex AI behaviors intuitiveLead a program to guide designers in integrating AI into their workflows using external and internal AI‑powered toolsBasic Qualifications
8+ years at an agency or in‑house creative team with compelling creative strategy and executionBachelor’s degreePreferred Qualifications
