Total number of physicians in specialty currently in department at practice site : 3 Total advanced practitioners in specialty currently in department at practice site : 1 Total FTEs currently in department at practice site : 4 Provider will work at Fosston, Oklee & Bagley, and eventually Mahnomen clinic M-F 8 : 30-5PM (1 / 2 to 1 day off during week) Volume : 28 - 30 office patients per day Anticipated volume of procedures per day : 1-2 On-call every 5th day and 5th weekend Average inpatient practice volume per week or month : 58 total inpatient, outpatient, ER per month
