Pay Information

$170 to $180 per hour

About The Position

Start Date : ASAP upon credentialing

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 5×8, 4×10, 3×12 shifts – FLEXIBLE ON SCHEDULING! No call.

40 hours / week guaranteed unless provider requests off

Full-time strongly preferred, but part-time or weekend-only shifts considered

Hospital-based, with satellite locations across the street

Average number of surgical cases / day : 25 (80% General, 10% Complex Vascular, 10% Complex Orthopedic)

Team care model with 11 Anesthesiologists & 28 CRNAs (supervision ratio typically 1 : 2–1 : 3)

10 Operating Rooms, OR equipment : GE Carestation 650s

EMR : EPIC

Required Procedures : General Anesthesia (Adult)

Preferred Procedures : Spinal Anesthesia, Neurosurgical cases (spine), Complex vascular cases (except open heart), Complex orthopedic cases

Credentialing : Emergency Privileging – short turnaround

Monday : Tour & Badge

Tuesday : Epic Training

Wednesday–Friday : Shadowing

NBCRNA Certified – REQUIRED

Active CO License – REQUIRED

Active BLS – REQUIRED

Clean Malpractice / Background – REQUIRED
