Provide full-spectrum ENT care to a broad referral base

20-30 patients per day in clinic

Perform surgeries at :

Blanchard Valley Hospital

Bluffton Hospital

Findlay Surgery Center

Advanced technology : Four da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots with Table Motion

Collaborate with onsite audiology and subspecialty teams (e.g., Allergy, Endocrinology, Neurosurgery)

APPs take primary call; physician provides backup only

Hospitalist team handles inpatient management

Optional teaching of medical students and APP trainees Compensation & Benefits
