Gallagher Vinyl Products is a leading manufacturer and distributor of premium vinyl products, proudly serving the Delmarva region. Our growing fleet of over 40 vehicles keeps our operations moving and were looking for a skilled Fleet Mechanic to ensure they stay in top condition.

Position Summary :

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Fleet Mechanic to maintain and repair our diverse fleet, which includes cars, pickup trucks, Freightliners, F-450s, trailers, forklifts, JCBs, and dingos. This position plays a key role in keeping our operations compliant, efficient, and safe.

Responsibilities :

• Perform regular maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles and equipment.
• Maintain service logs and records for all fleet vehicles.
• Assist in DOT inspections and ensure all vehicles meet regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors or service providers when external work is required.
• Maintain a clean and organized shop area.
• Respond to on-site equipment issues when necessary.
