Exciting Incentives Await You!

Sign-On Bonus : $10,000 (3-year commitment for RNs with over 1 year of experience)

Relocation Assistance : $5,000 (for moves over 100 miles)

Relocation Assistance : $2,500 (for moves between 50 to 100 miles)

BSN Bonus : $2,500 (for external applicants with over 1 year of experience)

Your Responsibilities

• Perform all duties specific to your unit, ensuring high-quality patient care.
• Conduct initial assessments upon patient admission and develop tailored care plans.
• Implement and modify care plans based on continuous evaluation and patient needs.
• Ensure patient and employee safety by identifying and addressing hazards.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and provide constructive feedback.
• Document nursing care accurately to support the healthcare team.
• Delegate tasks to healthcare team members and validate their completion.
• Administer medications following the five rights : Right Patient, Right Medication, Right Route, Right Dose, Right Time.
• Maintain a positive attitude to foster a healthy work environment.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and requests, ensuring effective triage.
• Utilize critical thinking to assess and act on changes in patient status.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days (American Heart Association)

Compensation & Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $33.68 - $57.93 per hour . This range reflects our commitment to fair compensation based on experience, qualifications, and other factors. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and career development.
