- Stakeholder engagement and high-level response (e.g. feasibility)
- Integration oversight; escalation management for critical issues
- Knowledge of Directory Services (LDAP / AD)
- Ticket management, end user engagement, and problem-solving.
- Vendor Management (e.g. submitting support tickets and follow-up)
- Analytical problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to take ownership of general efforts and move them forward with appropriate guidance / oversight
