A Day in the Life of a Project Director
As a Project Director with First Onsite, you'll be at the center of turning restoration projects into reality. Using tools like Xactimate, you'll develop accurate scopes of work, estimates, and preliminary budgets that set projects up for success. Collaborating closely with Operations, you'll gather field measurements, plans, photos, and materials-bringing both precision and a deep understanding of restoration and construction costs to every project.
Your service-driven mindset and positive approach make you a trusted partner to coworkers, clients, and subcontractors. Whether it's building strong relationships, streamlining collections, or solving challenges before they become issues, you ensure every project moves forward smoothly and profitably. Communication comes naturally to you, and you keep the right people informed every step of the way.
