Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN for an outpatient surgery assignment requiring a UT or compact RN license and at least 1 year of recent OR experience.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Work in an outpatient surgery unit within a hospital setting
  • Typical shifts are 8 : 30 AM to 7 : 00 PM
  • 10-week contract assignment
  • Patient population consists of outpatient surgical cases
  • Daily responsibilities include circulating and providing nursing care for outpatient surgical procedures
  • All certifications must remain current throughout the contract period
  • Candidates must provide proper identification and certification documents as required

  • Active UT or compact RN license is required
  • Minimum 1 year of recent OR RN experience
  • American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) certifications must be valid for the entire contract
  • No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
