We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to provide crucial administrative and operational support to our Managing Partners and Corporate Directors. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can coordinate key tasks, manage complex schedules, and streamline processes to ensure our leadership team can focus on high-impact initiatives. You will act as a central point of contact, maintaining clear communication and supporting the operational rhythm of the leadership team. This position reports directly to the Chef Partner and the Senior Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Personal Support for Managing Partners :
- Manage all personal and professional calendars, appointments, and travel logistics.
- Act as a gatekeeper, screening and prioritizing all incoming communications.
- Draft, prepare, and organize documents for meetings and presentations.
- Handle all administrative tasks with the utmost discretion, including personal errands, reservations, and other sensitive requests.
- Act as a personal assistant to Chef Partner who travels frequently and needs personal errands and appointments handled from time to time.
- Flexible schedule : Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and travel, as needed.
Administrative & Operational Coordination for Partners & Directors :
Provide administrative support to the Senior Project Manager by helping to track pending items and manage follow-up tasks to ensure timely completion.Coordinate special projects and initiatives as guided by leadership, supporting cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress.Assist in managing key business priorities, goals, and deadlines by monitoring progress and helping to ensure team accountability.Identify and document operational inefficiencies, suggesting practical improvements to existing processes.Facilitate clear communication and alignment between various departments, including culinary, FOH, marketing, and finance teams.Support restaurant openings and other operational needs, including coordinating with vendors and assisting with project management tasks.Data & Communications Support :
Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and help compile reports to support leadership decision-making.Coordinate internal communications and support efforts to maintain a positive company culture and organized leadership team rhythms.Why Join Us
