A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily administration, configuration, and optimization of the ServiceNow environment
Develop and deploy new features, modules, and automations to improve service delivery and system efficiency
Build integrations between ServiceNow and other key enterprise systems to support data flow and reporting
Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience administering and supporting ServiceNow in a complex environment
Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required; additional certifications (CIS, CAD) preferred
Strong understanding of ITSM principles and experience implementing or maintaining core modules
Familiarity with scripting and customization using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow APIs
Knowledge of ITIL processes and how they apply to platform design and automation
