Position Summary :

HumanEdge Health is seeking a dedicated Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Shreveport, LA. This role offers consistent day shifts with a guaranteed 32-hour workweek, providing the opportunity to deliver high-quality care to a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities :

Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

Document patient progress and outcomes according to facility and regulatory standards.

Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and home exercise programs.

Collaborate with staff to ensure safe and effective patient care.

Qualifications :

Licensure : Current Physical Therapist license in Louisiana required

Experience : Previous PT experience preferred but not required

Skills : Strong patient assessment, treatment planning, and communication skills
