Location note : This role is onsite 5 days a week in Tampa, FL.

About this Role

Logistics Coordinator plays a vital role in working with the delivery drivers on a day-to-day basis. The schedule will be Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure a sufficient driver pool ready for the business
  • Understand driver performance and provide the necessary support
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve fleet operations
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on delivery performance for the warehouse
  • Assist with administrative and contracting tasks as assigned
  • Drive company vans to various maintenance vendors if needed
  • Deliver packages as required on a daily basis

Qualifications

  • High School or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 13 years of experience in logistics operations
  • Minimum 1 year of experience using Excel and Google Suite; ability to handle large data sets, create pivot tables, use data visualization, and make informed decisions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to deliver packages as needed
  • Ability to stand for long hours and adapt to extreme weather conditions
  • Ability to work one day on weekends
  • Fluent Mandarin Chinese or Spanish is a nice-to-have

  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $18-$24 per hour
  • Salary may include discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits
  • Ranges are determined by role, level, and location
