As our Direct Support Supervisor, you're the air traffic controller, the master scheduler, and the head cheerleader all rolled into one! You'll keep the whole program humming by coordinating operations and ensuring we're always regulatory compliant (that's code for "everything's running smoothly and legally").
Your superpowers will be used for hiring, training, and scheduling our amazing staff, making sure appointments and activities are seamless, and keeping meticulous records. Basically, you keep the plates spinning, the team happy, and the people we serve thriving!
What YOU'LL do :
SCHEDULE : While this salaried role primarily involves daytime hours, flexibility is required for occasional evening and weekend support, depending on departmental and agency needs. You will also participate in an on-call rotation
