HLB Gross Collins is searching for an International Tax Manager. In this role, you will provide tax compliance and consulting services for multinational businesses. You will help clients identify and achieve their strategic goals through a proactive, innovative, and service oriented approach. We help our clients as a proactive problem solver and trusted advisor.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of leadership and revenue generation.

Responsibilities Include :

• Reviewing US income tax returns, including various international information reporting forms
• Preparing and reviewing workpapers and documentation related to Subpart F, PTEP, E&P, GILTI, foreign tax credits, and other tax attributes
• Preparing and reviewing ASC 740 tax provisions for multinational businesses
• Advising clients on outbound and inbound tax planning and structuring
• Researching and consulting on various international tax matters
• Developing and growing a business network with colleagues, referral relationships, potential clients, and external organizations to attract new business
• Holding yourself and others accountable for business development goals
• Developing and motivating team members.
• Contributing to and communicating, openly and frequently, on both practice and firm strategy, goals, and best practices
• Setting and achieving goals on a periodic basis that increases your value and contribution to the firm and the clients that you serve.
