General Manager – Extended Stay
We are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager with a leadership background and expertise in extended-stay budget operations to lead our property. This is a critical role for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels in team development, operational execution, and guest satisfaction.
General Manager – Extended Stay Benefits and Compensation :

General Manager – Extended Stay Requirements & Qualifications :
Background in budget extended stay hotel operationsMinimum 3 years of hotel management experience with full operational oversightDemonstrated success in staffing, P&L control, and guest experience managementStrong leadership, decision-making, and communication skillsServeSafe Certification (or ability to obtain)Flexibility to work across shifts as neededOversee all aspects of day-to-day hotel operations with a focus on extended stay guest needsAct as the primary liaison between the property and the corporate officeManage reservations, guest relations, and front desk efficiencyConduct regular inspections to maintain brand standards and operational qualityMaximize occupancy and revenue while managing out-of-service rooms and rate strategyDeliver consistent training and performance feedback for ongoing staff developmentMaintain high guest satisfaction scores and enforce brand compliance standardsGeneral Manager – Extended Stay Preferred Background & Skills :
