Job Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Home Health float position requiring at least one year of certified home care and case management experience.

Responsibilities Home health setting covering Lynn, Nahant, and Saugus, MA

Float RN position with assignments as scheduled throughout the North Region

Standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 08 : 00 to 16 : 30

Weekend rotation required every six weeks

Travel to patient homes for assigned visits is required

Documentation is completed using Epic charting system

Responsible for assessing patient conditions, implementing care plans, and providing education and support to patients and families

Performs admissions and case management duties in compliance with agency policies and standards

Electronic documentation and interdisciplinary communication required

Permanent residence must be at least 60 miles from Massachusetts General Hospital to qualify for the standard travel rate; local candidates are accepted at a reduced rate

Parking is not validated; daily public parking cost may apply

RTO must be requested at the time of consideration

Requirements Active MA RN license required at time of consideration; MA conditional licenses not accepted

A minimum of one year of certified home care experience and one year of case management experience

Current AHA BLS certification required

Proof of COVID-19 and flu vaccination required with no exemptions permitted

Two professional references required

Ability to travel within the service area for home visits
