Travel Registered Nurse – Progressive Care / Stepdown (PCU)

Location : Concord, NH

Assignment Length : 13 Weeks

Schedule : Rotating Days & Nights

Start Date : 10 / 06 / 2025

Position Overview :

HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Travel Progressive Care RN for an 13-week assignment in Concord, NH. The nurse will provide care for PCU / Stepdown patients in a high-acuity setting, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities :

Provide direct nursing care for PCU / Stepdown patients

Monitor and assess patients’ conditions, implementing interventions as needed

Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care

Accurately document all patient care in the EMR

Travel nurse may be requested to float to other units as needed

Qualifications :

Active NH RN license or Compact RN license at time of submission

Required Certifications : BLS, ACLS

EMR experience preferred ( Cerner ), but not required

Strong clinical, assessment, and communication skills

Assignment Details :

Shift Type : Rotating Days & Nights

Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours / week

Duration : 13 weeks
