Customer Service / Traffic Control Associate

SmartTalent Lynnwood is hiring Customer Service / Traffic Control Associates for a market opening in Lynnwood, WA. The Traffic Control / Customer Service Associate helps maintain a safe, organized, and positive shopping experience by guiding customer flow and assisting with general customer service needs throughout the store. This role ensures that entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas remain clear and accessible, while providing friendly assistance and information to shoppers.

LOCATION : Lynnwood, WA

SCHEDULE :

9am 8pm (7-8 hour shifts) must be willing to work weekdays & weekeneds

PAY : $18 - $18.50

Responsibilities

Monitor and direct customer traffic flow throughout the store to reduce congestion and maintain safety.

Greet customers and provide assistance with directions, questions, or store policies.

Support front-end and customer service teams by managing lines and ensuring efficient movement through registers and entry points.

Communicate with management and team members regarding crowd levels or potential safety concerns.

Assist with sanitizing carts, baskets, and high-touch areas as needed.

Provide excellent customer service and uphold a friendly, professional demeanor at all times.

Required Qualifications :

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to remain calm and friendly in fast-paced or crowded environments.

Reliable, punctual, and able to stand or walk for extended periods.
