About The Position
Job Title : RN Clinical Nurse

Hours per Shift : 6 : 45 AM - 7 : 15 PM
Experience : Less than 1 year of direct patient care experience preferred
License : Registered Nurse License (Single State or Multi-state Compact)
Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
Must-Have : Experience with Heparin IV administration, ability to function in a fast-paced environment, strong interpersonal and customer service skills, excellent time management skills.
Description :
The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team of licensed and unlicensed caregivers.
They ensure that patients, families, and significant others receive individualized high-quality care.
Clinical practice is guided by evidence-based practice and research.
All Clinical Nurses are expected to be licensed and knowledgeable, upholding nursing practices as outlined in the relevant regulations.
As part of the patient services team, individuals must prioritize the voice of the patient while adhering to system policies and procedures.
Core Responsibilities :
The Nursing Process involves assessment, diagnosis, identification of outcomes, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Care is delivered based on evidence-based practices, analytical and critical thinking to ensure individualized patient care.
Relationship-based patient-centered care is provided while adapting service delivery to reflect cultural diversity.
Effective partnerships with patients and significant others are emphasized in care planning and communication.
Documentation and safe quality care delivery must coordinate and respect interdisciplinary communication methods.
Teamwork and collaboration are essential, including promoting a respectful and inclusive clinical environment.
Participation in performance improvement initiatives is encouraged to promote safe, quality patient care.
Professional Development :
Completion of initial and ongoing competencies and mandatory education is expected.
Serving as a preceptor or mentor to other professional nurses is encouraged to ensure a qualified workforce.
Evidence-Based Practice :
Participation in nursing research and performance improvement activities is a key responsibility.
Upholding healthcare policies and legal standards is mandatory.
Engagement in data collection and addressing relevant clinical questions is valued.
Resource Support :
Proactive patient care planning across the continuum is essential.
Participation in developing protocols and procedures is required for best practice outcomes.
Effective use of resources is crucial to promoting efficient patient care.
Other duties as assigned.
