About The Role

  • As an AI Security Engineer within the AI Transformation team, you will help ensure our AI products and solutions uphold the highest standards of security and compliance.
  • Collaborate with AI developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams to identify security vulnerabilities, implement best practices, and ensure regulatory compliance (including GDPR, SOC 2, and others).
  • Lead security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability management for AI systems to mitigate risks.
  • Design, develop, and deploy secure AI / ML applications with a focus on safeguarding PII.
  • Stay ahead of cybersecurity threats, privacy regulations, and compliance requirements to ensure AI solutions meet market standards.
  • Document security protocols, conduct training, and promote security awareness within the team and organization.
  • Engage with stakeholders across disciplines to refine security policies and procedures for AI / ML products.
  • Required Skills And Experience

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in cybersecurity, focusing on securing software and data-intensive products.
  • Proven expertise in GDPR compliance, SOC 2 audits, and handling of sensitive PII.
  • Strong experience in penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and security incident response.
  • Proficiency with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud security in Microsoft Azure, including identity management, access controls, and secure networking configurations.
  • Deep understanding of AI / ML systems architecture and related security considerations.
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining complex security topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
  • Preferred Skills

  • Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or relevant Microsoft Azure security certifications.
  • Familiarity with AI-specific regulatory environments and ethical considerations around AI deployment.
  • Experience with data anonymization and privacy-preserving ML methodologies.
  • Understanding of DevSecOps and integrating security into CI / CD pipelines.
  • Experience in professional services or consulting with client-facing capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for navigating ambiguous scenarios and evolving threats.

    The wage range for this role reflects various factors including skill sets, experience, licensure, and business needs. The estimated range is $102,400.00 - $204,100.00 per year.
