Registered Nurse - RN (Iowa)

Registered Nurse (RN) – Iowa\nARC Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for shift work with our clients in Winslow, Iowa. The RN will provide and coordinate patient care, educate patients and families, and support the overall clinical team to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety. This Registered Nurse must possess sound clinical judgment, leadership, and a commitment to compassionate care in accordance with Iowa Board of Nursing guidelines and facility policies.\nLocation : Winslow, IA\nEmployment Type : Full-Time\nSchedule : Shift options - Day, Evening, Night, or Weekend Shifts Available\nPay : Competitive hourly rate or salary based on experience RN Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver direct patient care and oversee care provided by LPNs and CNAs\n
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by authorized providers\n
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans\n
• Monitor and document changes in patient status and communicate findings to the healthcare team\n
• Provide patient and family education to promote understanding and participation in care\n
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with facility and state requirements\n
• Uphold infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards\nRN Qualifications\n
• Current, active RN license in the State of Iowa (required)\n
• CPR / BLS certification (required or willingness to obtain upon hire)\n
• ACLS or PALS certification (preferred but not required)\n
• Excellent critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills\n
• Compassionate, professional, and team-oriented approach to patient care\n
