Job Summary Statement

The brazer operates a round automated table, a blowtorch or stationary burners to attach a fitting onto the end of the tube.

Responsibilities

• Follow company policies, ISO9001 procedures and work instructions, and safety rules.
• Prepare all materials / components to be used in the process.
• Set all burners and times for the part being run.
• Perform the braze process on product.
• Be responsible for performing quality checks on product being processed and stop production when the part is out of specification.
• Document all necessary information.
• Maintain a clean working environment.
• Practice safe working habits at all times and wear any necessary personal protective equipment.
• Be cross-trained for other processes / machines / positions to be enabled to float to different areas to fill in for vacations, absences, etc.
