RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGIST - Full time - $2500 Sign On

We are seeking skilled Radiologic Technologist to preform diagnostic imaging procedures with precision and care. At Beacon Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, our Radiologic Technologist play a crucial role on the team, delivering top-notch imaging services to enhance patient outcomes. You will work closely with the physician and staff creating professional relationships while delivering top-notch imaging services to enhance patient outcomes .
Position Summary :
Responsible for assisting team and physicians in patient care, performing all necessary radiologic duties, with a high degree of quality. Escort patients in an out of operating suites and medical assistance as needed.

- Position is based out of Summit ASC location in Sharonville
- Monday through Friday, no weekends, no call, no Holidays
Position Responsibilities / Standards :
Perform radiology procedures, including C-arm fluoroscopy for surgical cases , ensuring accuracy, safety, and adherence to radiation protection standards.Perform radiology procedures, including post-operative portable x-rays.Assist and train on further radiology equipment, including Mini C-arm operation and safety protocols .Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information.Serve as a technical resource for staff, assisting with troubleshooting and problem resolution.Monitor and Demonstrate Radiology safety.Direct patient care environment.Other duties as assigned.Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and healthcare professionals.Seeks appropriate tasks when primary tasks are completed and assists workers when needed.Demonstrates adaptability to expanded roles.Consistently demonstrate ability to respond to changing situations in a flexible manner in order to meet current needs, such as reprioritizing work as necessary.Attend required annual in-service program and / or required CEU’sDemonstrate knowledge and understanding of all company policies and procedures.Consistently demonstrate attention to detail in documentation, recording and patient information.Attend department, clinic or company meetings as required.Specific Duties
Escort patients to x-ray suitePrepare patients for x-rayPerform x-rays as required by physiciansPerform C-ARM procedureDocument procedure performed in log bookEscort patients back to exam roomsCommunication with physicians, patients and staffMedical assistance as neededBe available to physicians during office hoursEnsure equipment is maintained properlyPulling, filing and mail back of x-rays.Answer patient questionsEducation / Experience Required :
Must be ARRT and Ohio, Kentucky and / or Indiana (whichever state you will practice) Radiography license.Associates Degree or betterODHRequired C-Arm experiencePhysical Requirements :
Physical requirements for the position include the ability to frequently hear and communicate orally, see up close and at a distance, read and comprehend, stand, sit, walk, reach, handle, and / or feel objects. Must be able to climb, pull, push and kneel. Maximum unassisted lift = 50 lbs. Average lift 25-50 lbs.
