Job Description : Summary :

This role is responsible for supporting the commercialization of advanced antenna material opportunities. Lead internal development activities focused on delivering differentiated, materials enabled solutions.

Essential Functions :

• Work with marketing, prototyping, assembly, and operations to develop wholly optimized antenna solutions.
• Lead the execution of electromagnetic and antenna design activity.
• Establish product tolerances, and lead manufacturing tolerance analysis.
• Simulate antenna arrays and electromagnetic structures using Ansys HFSS.
• Prepare reference designs showcasing the benefits of new antenna solutions.
• Produce technical reports to document key learnings from product development activity
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis in electromagnetics and 4+ years of industry experience OR :

Preferred
