We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Automation Technician to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. This role is crucial to our ongoing growth and continuous improvement as we strive for excellence in our production processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing our high-speed, automated production equipment. This role demands a combination of technical prowess, problem-solving skills, and a keen understanding of robotics and automation.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve high-speed, automated manufacturing equipment.
• Develop and implement automation solutions and strategies to improve production efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process and product improvements.
• Design, test, and implement electrical systems to enhance production efficiency.
• Provide technical support and guidance on automation systems to the production team.
• Lead projects to improve production processes and reduce downtime.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting and implementing changes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Comply with all safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Document all actions, tests, and procedures for future reference and continuous learning.
