Weaver is looking for an experienced and motivated Audit Senior Associate to join our growing Financial Services team. As an Audit Senior Associate, you will perform in-charge responsibilities as assigned on larger and more complex engagements. As an Audit Senior Associate, you will have the opportunity to lead client engagements, develop specialized industry expertise, and deliver high-quality audit services in a collaborative and dynamic environment. To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are required :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA eligibility
• 3-5 years of public accounting experience or its equivalent
• Experience in alternative investment funds audits such as Venture Capital, Private Equity, and Real Estate funds
• Thorough understanding of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB standards
• Strong relationship management and practice development skills
