THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING A LEAD COMMERCIAL HVAC TECHNICIAN

THE SCHEDULE :

You typically work from 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm, Monday - Friday with some flexibility depending on the job and location.

YOUR ROLE :

As our Lead Commercial HVAC Technician, you visit offices and businesses to service, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems. You guide your team in completing high-quality work while following blueprints and meeting client expectations. This role keeps you on your toes as you solve unique challenges, use various tools, and lead your team to success.
