Starting Salary Range : $144,000 - $165,000 - position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.

As our Automation Solutions Developer, you will :

• Build smarter processes - Design, develop, and implement automation solutions that reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
• Innovate with modern tools - Work with RPA (Robotic Process Automation), Python, and low-code platforms to deliver scalable solutions.
• Partner across the business - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, analyze workflows, and create solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Empower others - Enable and govern citizen development by training business users, implementing governance frameworks, and ensuring security and compliance standards are met.
• Drive continuous improvement - Bring forward new ideas and approaches to keep our automation strategy innovative and effective.
