Senior Proposal Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Manager to lead business development efforts and coordinate proposal responses.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to prepare complex proposals and presentations

Project manage all aspects of pursuit development, ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements

Write and develop proposal content, including executive summaries and key themes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred

6+ years of experience in proposal management, preferably in the professional services industry

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with design software like Adobe InDesign

Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining quality
